It’s almost time to put the boats away for the winter, but first let’s celebrate Fall with a colorful leaf changing row. Join us at 8 AM to tour the lake and get one more row in.
If anyone wants to try sweeping (and not your kitchen), we’ll have the Phoenix rigged for that. Starting at 10 AM or so, we’ll do the annual cleaning of the equipment. Microfiber cleaning sponges work well to remove lake scum from the boats and oars. Bring some of those and your elbow grease and help us clean things up. Bring a change of clothes or layers appropriate to the forecast. Wear your boots if it’s been rainy and gloves.
Afterwards, we’ll have an impromptu picnic. Bring something to share. Look for confirmation email before heading out if weather is dicey that weekend.
